Although Behavior Based approaches have been around for several years, there has been a marked difference in success levels and application methodology.

This two-part Bureau Veritas webinar will provide participants with critical knowledge relating to proven techniques for making any behavior based implementation a greater success for the long term. But recognizing potential obstacles early, and ensuring that all essential core elements are functioning adequately, often spells the difference between sustained success or just another "flavor of the month".

Join Bureau Veritas for this two-part engaging series that focuses on the success factors of Behavior Based Safety systems and the establishment of essential accountabilities

and metrics to sustain a viable, performance enhancing process implementation for your organization.

In this two-part webinar series Tom Quick, Director, HSE Performance Systems, one of the foremost practitioners in this field, will discuss the actual process activities and techniques, vs. theoretical concepts and principles.

Learn how to:

  • Drive HSE performance to a higher level.
  • Recognize potential obstacles.
  • Ensure essential core elements are functioning adequately.
  • How to establish essential accountabilities and metrics.
  • Master the core process elements.
Who Should Attend?

If you are contemplating, or are already involved with a Behavior Based Safety application, you need to attend this two-part workshop. Anyone, from operations managers to designated safety professionals, who is truly interested in maximizing performance using a behavior based approach will benefit from this stimulating advanced discussion of the subject.
